We do not require you to create an account to use this site, and this site does not use cookies, analytics, or any third-party tracking scripts as of the date below.

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, discuss a potential project, and — if you subscribed to the newsletter — to occasionally email you updates from Mordant Soft. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties.

Form submissions and newsletter signups are delivered to our inbox using Resend (resend.com), an email-sending service. Resend processes this data on our behalf to deliver the email and is bound by its own privacy and security practices.

If you reach us via WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's (Meta's) own privacy policy, not this one.

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or, for newsletter subscribers, until you ask us to remove you. You can request deletion of your information at any time — see “Your rights” below.

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@mordantsoft.com. We'll act on that request as soon as reasonably possible.

This site is intended for businesses and individuals seeking software development services, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
